Molly, babysitter à Barton seagrave NN15

Hello,
I am currently studying for a Bsc hons degree at northampton university one day a week. I have previously achieved a level 3 diploma in health and social care to a distinction * level.
I have had placements within a special needs secondary school, and special needs primary school where I had the role of classroom assistant helping the children with daily tasks and assisting their development. As well as successfully communicating and building trusting relationships. Additionally, I had a placement in a nursery for children aged 2-4 years old. Where my main role was to supervise and organise play and encourage learning in a relaxed environment.
I live in a busy household with 4 younger siblings who I provide a lot of daily care and routine for.
My preferred age group to care for would be preschool (newborn-4) as this is the group I have most experience working with.
I have also cared for baby twins, so preschool multiples or siblings would be of great interest to me.
My family foster babies, and over the last 6 years I have had a huge involvement in caring for babies and toddlers living in our home. I am used to the daily demands of young sibling groups and providing excellent care and structure.
I love to see the children in my care developing, learning and most importanlty smiling!
I am reliable, trustworthy and keen to learn about new people and build good relationships.
