hi! my name is Kirsty, I'm 16 and I've had years of experience within the family, however that was over 7 different children of different ages. I am a kind and understanding person who will treat your child(ren) fairly however if there are rules in place I will of course ensure your child follows them, I can help with homework or potty training and everything in between, I can encourage chores and of course help put which I would be happy to do! I can stick to routines and am happy to work long hours if needed to, I am available almost all of the time and would be happy to lent a helping hand in your family!
