I love kids so I have decided to use my love of children and my skills to work with local families. I would prefer to work part time, I am able to work school holidays. I love working with younger children, infants and toddlers, but am not limited to that, I will care for any age child. With the little ones make believe games are huge hit. For instance kayaking down the St John river. What do we see, what kind of wildlife, flowers, trees etc. I am an expert with play dough and building blocks. Fun crafts like making a paper chain for the Christmas tree, handprint cards, decopauged with dried leaves and of course, homemade bubbles! I can take your kids to the park, play on the slide, swings and in summer "swim" in the city wading pools ( I would actually go in the water with your child(ren). I am pretty creative, I also believe in routine, consistency and helping children learn right from wrong, problem solving, sharing etc.
