Hi I am a mum of 2 children a 6 yr old and a 7yr old, I love to cook and like to involve the children teach them about healthy eating and cooking a varied diet, I like to give the children a varied day and to have fun whilst learning at the same time, as well as my own children I have l cared for family/friends children and also have experience of children with special needs having a nephew with downs syndrome and my son has autism, I like to discuss the needs of the child with the parents and make up a plan of action as to what the child likes and needs.
