I am a 17 year old young woman just looking for some part time work. I am more than willing to look after children in order to let parents go out and have some alone time as I myself have seen my mum and dad just crave that time to themselves. As I am young I can relate to the children's wants and needs. I am also more than happy to watch Disney films (especially Frozen) just to keep the children entertained. I have had experience of looking after my younger sister, usually to keep her entertained I have baked a cake for us or got out a board game that can just waste hours.
