For a number of years I was Lizs supervisor within a day nursery setting. Together we worked the baby room as well as other rooms within the setting. Liz is an incredible childcare provider. I always fell completely at ease to leave liz in charge when I was not wishing the room. Liz is always happy to help and regularly went above and beyond to please. Liz has superb communicatial skills. She spoke with great ease with the parents, was able to relay infomation and messages well and generally very well like by both other team members and parents. Liz was always happy and keen to further her knowledge and would participate in regular training. Liz is competent to work well alone and part of a team. i would happily leave my children and have on many occasions with Liz, knowing they are safe, happy Ms their needs are being met. As a parent happy to leave my children with Liz and believe there is no better recommendation then the words of a mother.
