Hi, I'm Laura, and I have 8 years childcare experience. I have gained my experience from working in the children's centre, being a nursery practitioner, an Out of School club and Holiday club Manager with responsibility for staff and up to 30 children, and as a one to one support worker to children with a variety of needs including, deafness, cerebral palsy and autism . I have had the privilege of working with whole host children, from young babies, including twins, to children with additional needs that need 24/7 care.
