I am Danae, I'm 19 years old and I study Psychology at University level. I previously lived in Cyprus where I was born and raised. I have worked at a camp (Inside Out Holiday Camp) in Cyprus for the last 4 consecutive years during Summer, Christmas and Easter holidays with 14 children (ages 2-9 mainly) carrying out activities such as story time, music, swimming, football, tennis, art, and drama. I've also worked at my high school, volunteering in children's music classes and class reading time, therefore I am able to provide any homework help needed, as well as fun activities (i.e. painting, sports, cooking/baking etc.) to the children. I speak fluent English and Greek and speak some French/Spanish (basics.) I would like to go into child psychology/special needs teaching in the future, therefore the work experience I gain will be beneficial to my career as well as being incredibly fun to carry out.
