I'm Emily, I'm 16 and really, genuinely enjoy working with kids. I'm still in school so am looking for some work experience, and it would be ideal to gain some of that doing something I enjoy.
I would say I'm approachable and friendly, and I like to think I can speak to children and young people. I'm always up for playing games (or being the entertainment if need be!).
I spent 5 years with South West Fife Coastal Youth Work Team and spent some time volunteering. I spent a lot of time volunteering with young people of varying ages, the youngest being around 7 years old. In that time I learned to really enjoy working with young people, and I've been told my superior youth workers that I'm warm and compassionate, and reliable. I organised loads of different games that I know young kids enjoy and with which they can entertain themselves for a while, and I always have fun partaking as well!

I haven't any experience but know the kind of rates my friends who babysit, and thought it would be fair for me to not charge as much as they get paid, considering they're much more experienced. I also think it's fair because I'm still in school and as much as I do need to gain experience, as I'm getting older, I'd like some kind of income.
