Joanna, babysitter - LE18 Wigston

My name is JoAnna, but I am known as Joey. I have a BTEC Level 3 in childcare. I have gained experience in different fields of child care whilst I was studying and looked after new born babies up to 10 years old. I'm looking for Part Time or a few hours work with any age group of children.

I am a very caring and friendly person that is able to adapt within any situation. I have done many activities and games whilst working within these areas such as helping to build things out of blocks or Legos allowing the children to use their creativity. I have sat with the children and read with them helping to enhance their skills and knowledge. I've created art project ideas and allowed the children to create art that they are proud of and to adapt it so they are learning and enjoying it all at the same time.

I have also done outdoor games and making something as simple as a game on the slide become more fun and including other children within it and using their imagination. I've done puzzles, dominoes and pairs matching games to allow the children to continue their learning and development giving them a fun activity to do to enhance their knowledge.
