My name is Lauren and I am looking for a bit of part-time work outside of school hours. I've had a great deal of experience with baby sitting within the family (girls and boys of a variety of ages). I would say that I am compassionate, kind, trustworthy, friendly and reliable. I am in sixth form myself so I am also able to help children with homework, or simply entertain them for a few hours. There are a variety of different activities that I do whilst babysitting depending on the ages of the children. I love working with children and I think it's a really rewarding way to earn whilst gaining experience at the same time. I am aspiring to be a primary school teacher, therefore any experience of working with children will be really useful for me. I am aware that every child is different and I can adapt to suit the needs of whoever I am working with.

As I don't have any qualifications in relation to this other than GCSE child development, first aid within Duke of Edinburgh and work experience in a primary school I don't feel I should charge a higher rate while starting off.
