I have come from a very large family where I have gained experience of handling responsibility. I am qualified with a level 3 national diploma in children's care and Learning development. At the moment I am studying the early years at a degree level and would be grateful for the experience therefore not only would your children learn from me but I would learn from them. I like to set out routines for the children that is adjusted to the individual family, I also like to provide a 'get to know you' session where I can meet your family and for your children to become familiar with me, during this session I would like to go over my terms and conditions and a questionnaire about your family life/routine and your children likes and dislikes, allergies and so on. I plan activities which are fun, stimulating and planned around their holistic development and give the children a choice and a chance to be creative and lastly I like to observe the children under my care to ensure as a child their abilities are challenged but at their own pace.
