I am an trained art historian and archaeologist who left academia and am in pursuit of a role in international education in Italy. At present I am based in the historic center of Naples, and offer my services for on-call and part-time babysitting during the week and weekend. I have extensive experience babysitting for international families, having held long-term, part-time positions in Rome, Italy, Athens, Greece, and New Haven, Connecticut. With children, I am passionate about exploring the many forms of verbal and visual engagement, and I am open to incorporating the arts (drawing, dance, music) into childcare. Most of my experience with children falls within the age range of 2-8. I am available to speak English (American mother tongue) and/or Italian (B2/C1 level) with the children, at the discretion of the parent(s) and/or caregiver(s).
