I am outgoing and young at heart. I have a calm nature and children tend to gravitate towards me. I use humour often and have loads of patience. I have worked in a childrens home, looking after children ages 7 - 18, whilst completing a post grad in Psychology. I have also worked on a cruise ship as a youth counsellor. I am looking to do some part time babysitting, the occasional evening and then also mornings or afternoons. My hours are very flexible. I have references should you wish to see these.

I have alot of experience in dealing with children. I worked in a children's home for 3 years whilst doing my post grad degree in Psychology. In the home, whilst on shift, I was often solely responsible for about 10 children, ages ranging from 7 to 18. I also worked on a cruise ship as a youth counsellor. We had turns looking after the different age grps for e.g. the 2-5's, 6-8's and so on. We had to entertain the children with various activities carried out in and around the ship. I also had to do babysitting duty at nighttime whilst on the ship for all ages. When I was younger I used to babysit for different families so as to earn extra pocket money. For the above reasons I believe I am very qualified to look after children and have the correct disposition and experience that parents would want.
