My name is Luciana, I'm 31 years old and a former Brazilian university teacher (I used to teach Design). I moved in to Dunfermline, in July of 2015, with my husband, seeking a better life and to fulfil some dreams. Since I was a kid I knew that someday I would be a teacher, and I always wanted to work with kids. I had some changes in my journey and started to work as a researcher and teacher of design. Since I arrived here, I decided to pursuit my previous dream of working with kids. I intend to start a course in September about Early Childhood Education. My objective is to teach art for kids someday.
My experience as a child-minder, it's restricted to, taking care of my nieces when was necessary in Brazil. I have experience with the basic care (hygiene, feeding, playing). As a designer, creativity and imagination are inherent, which it's handy with children, stimulating them in playing activities, storytelling, drawing etc.
I'm hoping for a family to give me an opportunity to start my journey here.
