Shannon, babysitting à Ipswich IP3

Hey I am Shannon im currently 19 years old from ip3 area. I am a hard working young individual, who recently worked in a nursery as a early years educator throughout the time their I developed huge responsibilities. Supporting child development was a key factor in this role, helping children reach the targets of their age group, using Ofsteds Standards.
Safeguarding and welfare of all children was another key role, i was left in charge of not only looking after children but ensuring all staff are following procedure and ensuring that all tasks are being completed for example health and safety checks are being carried out around the children. I also completed my level 2 in childcare and gained level 3 first aid, food hygiene certificate and safeguarding. Please feel free to ask any questions :)
