Callie, babysitting à Newton aycliffe

Hello, my name is Callie and I live in Newton Aycliffe with my partner of 8 years and our 2 year old daughter. I am 30 years old. I currently work part time as an administration Assistant for a housing association in Northallerton but my real passion lies with caring for children. Spending time with children has always been something I have enjoyed doing, I am the oldest child and have lots of cousins, nieces and nephews who I have helped to look after over the last 20+ years. Since having my daughter I have really wanted to move my career towards doing something with children as I find it so much more rewarding than sitting behind a desk. Although I do not have any professional qualifications behind me in relation to childcare, I think raising your own child is the best experience you can have! I like to spend time outdoors when the weather is nice, playing games and going to the park. When the weather means we can’t spend time outdoors, we paint and make our own crafty creations indoors and sometimes I treat my daughter to some time at soft play. She does spend 3 days at the childminders at present due to my working hours and this is something we would look to keep up if I was to change careers as I feel social interaction with other children on a regular basis is extremely important for the development of children.
