I have once described as a British Nigerian born French Speaker! I honestly language, cultures, diversity, cooking and general knowledge.
My experience? I have worked with children and young people for over 15 years (Sunday school teacher, French teacher for year 1-6, project coordinator of Hackney French Youth Theatre, aunt, stepmum...)
I love creativity and helping children to discover that side of themselves. Unfortunately my health does not allow me to enjoy the outdoors as much as I would but I fully believe that children and young people need purposeful play.
My goal- Get children away from their focus on technology and use their hands, minds, brains etc.
My husband and I have just moved to Southend and are going through the process of becoming foster carers and would like to set up a bilingual childcare project.
Oh did I remember to say " I love stories".. good, funny and morally sound.
