We are looking for a part-time babysitter starting ASAP for our 2 youngest children. Our 3 kids (2 girls, 14 and 10, and 1 boy, 5) love sports (karate, tennis, circus arts, ballet) and music (flute, piano) and get along really well together. They love reading, playing board games and generally engaging with other people.
We live in the 6th; the job includes fetching the 2 youngest from school (a 5-minute walk from our place), preparing/giving them their snack, taking them to their activities in the neighborhood, supervising homework (for our 10-year old), supervising shower time, and sometimes getting them started on their dinner.
Our 3 children are fluent in English (the little one grew up with both English and French spoken around him), which is why we are looking for a native English speaker for this position.
The hours are:
Tuesday 4.30-7.30 pm
Thursday 4.30-7.30 pm
Friday 4.30-7.30 pm

Our children are fun to be around, and love engaging with other people. Screens are not really present in their lives (except for school work for our 14-year old, and a movie once in a while), which leaves them plenty of time to read, play board games, draw and paint, go to the park, and generally use their imagination.
You should be comfortable around children, and a skilled negotiator (kids love trying to get out of showering).
If you are artistic and/or sporty, it will be a big plus.
