Carol, garde d’enfant - DY1 Dudley

I have worked, as a teaching assistant, for 12 years in primary education (predominantly years 1 and 2), working with children aged between 5 and 11, although mostly 5-7 year old.
I have a daughter who is currently at sixth form college and as a parent I have helped my daughter with homework and projects.Also, having worked in school I have knowledge of expected standards for homework.
Prior to my role as a teaching assistant I was a Quantity Surveyor, so I understand the pressures of juggling a professional career and maintaining a happy family life.
I can cook and am quite happy to provide children with a nutritious meal. I am clean and tidy and am willing to do some housework as part of my role.
I am an active 55 year old who enjoys walking, gym workouts and gardening.
I am looking, ideally, for daytime childcare, including school run, within the Dudley, Kingswinford, Sedgley area. However other areas would be considered dependant upon terms and conditions.
