I am a genuine, caring and energetic person who loves the outdoors!
I have much experience with children and am interested in the Montessori approach to learning and development.
Children love to play with nature and I am here not to intervene, but to join in and help guide children.
I believe children should be allowed to do things for themselves to encourage independence, for example, dress themselves or spread butter on their own toast. I will of course be there to help if needed!
Children need daily adventures and to express themselves, and at the end of the day, be involved in tidy up time!
My ideal day as a nanny would be lots of activities outdoors, followed by some quiet indoor time, baking, reading, or doing arts and crafts.
I am very creative, and love doing art, and playing instruments (piano, guitar and singing, and more!)
I have experience with children in large groups, and have volunteered in a nursery, and also lots of one-on-one experience. I am currently looking after three boys aged 9, 7 and 4.
I have looked after boys and girls ranging from months old - teen years.
