Eleanor, garde d’enfant - GL2 Innsworth

I am a bubbly, fun, positive, hard-working, trustworthy, professional, organised and caring person. During my time at university I have been on a 6 month placement within a nursery working 8am-4pm, caring for children from 6 months to 4 years old, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Here I played with the children indoors and outdoors, fed them for breakfast and lunch, ensured they had nap time and importantly kept them safe. For the past 3 years I have been a Senior Play Leader at a kids camp based in Longlevens, here I care for around 40 children from ages 4 to 14 throughout the school holidays 8am-5pm. I love this job as it keeps me active, I have built a great relationship with the children who attend and it's great fun! During the role I have to ensure children are safe and happy at all times. This role requires a lot of responsibility and professionalism as well as being a calm yet bubbly person.
Additionally I have always been bought up around children, this being my sister, cousins and family friends which is where my passion for teaching and caring for children began!
