Retired Family Coach & BC Registered Social Worker will babysit your child(ren) on an occasional basis. I will provide attachment based care-giving in ur Airdrie home while you do whatever u need or want to do for a couple of hours at $16/hr CASH or, for an Extra Support Needs child, at $18/hr (will provide a receipt). Sorry, not available mornings and I have another commitment 3:30-6 pm ten week-days/mo. I live with my grand-kids ages 4 mos, 2 yrs and almost 5; I practice setting limits with empathy based on the developmental stage of each child and I believe that, except in matters of health and safety, 'relationship' is more important than 'behaviour'. Am kind, compassionate, and have a great sense of humour.

I have 30 yrs experience working with families and children. I was a Registered Social Worker in BC for 16 yrs, and am a trained Facilitator for two Parenting models. Am retired now but looking for CASH only bits of babysitting.
