I am a young female (24). I have a passion for working with children. I have a extensive amount of personal experiance with children from birth onwards. I have supported family members with nephews & nieces over the last 8-9 years. I have gained a degree in Early Childhood Studies and I have also got professional experience in many settings including nurseries, schoold and in the community. I have over 5 years support worker experience also where I have worked largely with SEN & vulnerable individuals. I take great pride in my work and thrive on development. For myself this is a very rewarding role, to be able to help and support a child in a healthy and pro active manner. I have experiance in a number of different settings where I hold many different techniques to working with children. I prefer to tailor each to a individuals needs to ensure the best for that child.
