I'm Molly, I did child development at GCSE for 2 years, during my course i completed an active child study. I'm confident, young, fun and easy to get along with, I always but children's needs before my own, I have experience with young children and understand there needs and requirements, I go the extra mile to help the family and the children. I think good communication skills with the family is so important, I'm willing to help and work along side of the family and parents.
