Hello, my name is Bethany Rose Rowe. I am currently a 19-year-old student at Newman University, who is in my second year studying Primary Education in the Early Years. As I am entering my second year at University, I have had to leave my full-time Bank Nursery Nurse job at Little Saints Day Nursery, in order to focus on my studies and find a part-time job alongside. I am a committed and driven student, who has had more than a year of work experience, and has developed a good understanding of professionalism in the work place. From my experiences in my recent place of work and in University, I have developed my skills to become more time efficient, enabling me to plan ahead to become more adaptable at a higher standard. My previous job has helped to develop my self-confidence, enhancing my social and communication skills with colleagues, and the families I have helped look after. For the past year, I have worked with 10 members of staff, developing a strong bond of team work to provide a nurturing, and efficient environment. I have learned the importance of building positive relationships in the workplace, and promoting diversity in the environment setting. My career goal is to become a Teacher in the Early Years, and I am looking for a part-time job, which will help enhance my skills, and build more experiences in the workplace for the future. I have a passion for working with children, and watching them progress in their learning, through the support of the games, and learning activities I provide for them.

I have a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma qualification in Children's Care, Learning and Development, completing the course at the highest grade of Distinction*. I am currently 18-Months away from my QTS in Early Primary Teaching.
