I am a graduate from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Linguistics and English Language. I am a confident and approachable person. I am creative and enthusiastic and I have a passion for working with young people and children. After studying linguistics and English language, I am particularly interested in child language development. I can communicate effectively with children and I enjoy helping them learn and grow. I have a wide range of experience with young children, from babysitting for two local families regularly for 5 years to assisting in various primary schools. My positive, optimistic, attitude means I enjoy childrens' energy and I find it rewarding being around them. I am happy to look after the children before and after school, including pick ups and drop offs. Equally, I am happy to care for younger children who are not yet in school. Im willing to do household chores if needed. Hours are felxible.
