My name is Chloe, and I am an 18 year old looking for a job that will be fulfilling and will allow me to interact with different people and actually do some good. Childcare is, for me, the perfect way to do that.

I have completed work experience in a nursery, and am eager to learn more about childcare as I love children and one day hope to have my own.

I am very outgoing and friendly, so your kids will always be entertained, however I appreciate that each house has different rules and each child has an individual personality and values that I will need to be respectful of.

I hope to develop rewarding, positive relationships with the children I am caring for. I want them to enjoy the time they have to spend with their parents away, as that can be quite daunting, especially for younger children. I aim to make them feel safe and that they are being listened to.

I will always set aside time for both work and play, if need be. If children have got homework to complete, I will help them to do it to the best of their ability. (without telling them what to write down!) I appreciate that schools are getting stricter, so I will help kids to manage this as best as they can when their parents aren't available.

I am willing to invest myself in what children are interested in. While I am a very creative individual myself, not all children like arts and crafts or music, and might prefer sports or video games. Whatever it is, I will always make sure the children have a say in how they spend their time.

I think kids are absolutely brilliant. They speak what they think with total innocence, and they can teach you a lot about the world. I'd love to return the favour. I'm respectful of all genders, sexualities, cultures, ethnicities, disabilities, interests, illnesses, and anything else that makes a child individual.
