Hi I am Vicki.
I have been in childcare for over 20 years I have a level 3 NVQ and I am SEND trained with a level 4 diploma. I was a deputy supervisor of a playgroup for 8 years, I was a room manager of a large preschool. I have experience of working with children who have additional needs such as speech and language and autism etc. As a parent I have also experienced physical disabilities such as club foot and sensory impairments.
I enjoy working with children and helping them reach their full potential through play and communication. I am very patient, hardworking and friendly and I enjoy making activities fun.
Some of my favourite things to do with children are arts and crafts, messy play, imagination play and exploring out in the garden e.g mini beasts.
