Hello,
I am Lauren. I am a fun, outgoing person who at the same time is extremely professional. Within my career I have worked with a range of age groups for example I have experience within the elderly care sector and also young people with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours. I have experience with children as I have my own child who is currently about the hit the 10 month mark, but I have also experience with baby sitting my little cousins who's age varies between 4, 7 and 15. I find myself extremely good with nursery rhymes and arts and crafts for example colouring, painting and making collages but I am also big on promoting independence that's age appropriate. I am a nurturing, loving person towards any person and I am far from discriminative.
