my name is Dee I am 34 years of age. I have over 15 years of experience in childcare as a Lecturer, Teaching Assistant, Foster Carer, Nursery Nurse, childminder and Playworker. I have worked with a number of children with additional needs including Downsyndrome, Autism, ADHD, Behaviour Problems. I am very passionate about working with children and young people thriving to make a difference. I am honest, reliable, friendly, considerate, kind caring, empathetic, trustworthy, understanding, fun, love to explore and not afraid of getting messy. I also love animals and enjoy being out and about. I have various childcare qualifications including Diploma in Nursery Nursing Foundation Degree in Early Years, BA Honours in Education, CERT Ed.
