Hello my name is Whitney.
I believe I am a very bubbly character and enjoy making other people happy. I never let anything effect my work attitude! I am time efficient and have not had any sickness in the last 3 months.
I have worked in a nursery for almost over 2 years now! I love spending time with children as I find the job very rewarding and they always manage to put a smile on my face. I am currently completing my Level 3 NVQ in childcare and would love to become a nanny with more responsibility. I love being productive and getting messy with the children! In my spare time I love to spend time with my 9 brothers and sisters and look after my god son.

I have worked with Whitney previously in the 2-3 year old room where I currently run that group and have recently become Deputy Manager. Whitney is now based in the Pre-school room. Whitney is very caring and loving towards all of the children at nursery and I completely trust her to oversee a group if I am out doing paperwork etc. She is honest and very reliable and her attendance at work is fantastic. If I ask Whitney to do something she will do it to the best of her ability, e.g an art project with the children. She has also done some planning for the room and has a very strong track record of completing learning journeys to a high standard. She has experience in all age groups though I feel she enjoys the Baby unit more as she a very caring/nurturing nature that suit very young children/babies perfectly. I would recommend Whitney as I feel she is very suited to childcare and is extremely trustworthy. She also has very good communication skills and has great relationships with parents. I believe Whitney works will with an older person leading a room( I myself am 28 years old). Myself and Whitney have worked extremely well together and Whitney respects what I say to her and what I ask of her. I feel she is very open and honest with me and this has therefore made me and her a very successful/strong team.
