Philippa, garde d’enfant - SR1 Sunderland

Hi my name is Philippa, I am 23 years old and live in Sunderland (and am looking for work in this area). I have recently spent time in Holland where I was an au pair and lived with a lovely family taking care of 2 year old twins. They were a handful but we had fun, I learnt a lot and I was even able to teach them a little English.

Now I am home and studying with the Open University, as it is online it means I am able to be completely flexible in my hours, so have little limitations on my time. I am studying towards a BA English Language and Literature with the aim of being a primary school teacher. I would also gladly help with homework, depending on the subject of course.

I love reading to children and being creative and playing games, not such a fan of spending a lot of time in front of the TV. When it comes to the household, I am not afraid of hard work and can help there too if needed but I will be honest and say I can't cook very well.
