Molly, garde d’enfant - YO8 Selby

hello, my names Molly I'm 21 years old. I studied child development/care at school and college.
I would consider myself as a fun, adventurous, bubbly, caring, loving and out going person, but I do think manners and politeness are very important in everyone.

I have always had a passion for working in childcare. coming from a big extended family I have always been around children from babies to adulthood, I
always wanted to be helping out with the younger ones when I could!

I love working with children of any age as they are all different unique individuals and been in childcare is such a rewarding job.

as a nanny I am very flexible with my hours and willing to work around what is best for the family.

I gained my level 2 qualification in 2011 and then my level 3 qualification in 2013.
throughout these courses I have completed over 600 hours of experience within a number of differ setting including nurseries, childminders, special needs nursery and schools, working with children between the ages of 0-8 years.

I worked in a nursery for a while during my days off college, I was mainly based in the babyroom but sometimes covered shifts in toddlers and preschool.

When I left college I got my full time job nannying for a lovely family which I have nannied for, for 2 1/2 years. (loved every single day of my job)

due to all the different settings I have worked in I have gained many experiences and it's has extended my knowledge of children's care and development, I consider this job a job your always learning something in.
I have experience in planning many activities for children of different ages to ensure growth and development within in each area of a child's development, physical, intellectual, emotional and social.
