Hi, I'm Liz. I'm a 23-year-old lady from The Netherlands.

I left my county to work in Switzerland as a ski instructor, which I've done for 3 winters. In the summers I've been travelling to different places like the Caribbean and Italy. I've been in Spain since November and am very much enjoying the country and culture. Through the years my preferred language has become English rather than my own native language. I also want to learn Spanish this year.

Since I'm not working as a ski instructor this winter, I'm really missing my kids that I got to look after every day. I have been teaching all ages, especially kids from 7 years old. I've also done some tutoring, animation and babysitting here and there.

I love to do creative things with kids, like art, games and music. I also play guitar and ukulele and write my own songs and poems. This is something I also love to share with kids (and adults ofcourse). I have my instruments with me as well. I'm very flexible and adaptive to whatever you need.

Some things I know a thing or two are: English language, skiing, Social media marketing, travel, music, mindfulness like yoga, meditation, spirituality, affirmations, mindset etc.

A few of my favourite mantras, which I hold onto daily:
- Work smart, not hard
- Everything happens for you, not to you
- Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end
- We create our own reality
