My name is Jessica-Renée and I attended Boston College. I studied Psychology, Communications, child development, and special education. I was a Division I athlete for women’s soccer for Boston College as well as UNC Chapel Hill so I know how important it is to find a healthy balance within yourself and daily life. I have been a nanny/housekeeper/house manager (live in/out) and a babysitter. I have a lot of experience with infants, children, and teenagers of all ages! Including experience with special needs children as well. I was hired as a full time nanny to attend to a son who was missing half of his brain, dead, blind, cerebral palsy, and could not walk, talk, or eat on his own. As well as 100-200 seizures a day. My specialty does also include children with mental health/behavior issues. I enjoy the outdoors a lot and love being a part of a child’s growth. I will make sure that your home is organized and tidy (housekeeping and laundry), and that your children are always happy and safe. I am bilingual- English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I spent a couple years in the slum favela of Rio, Brazil to teach and nanny the disadvantaged youth. There I was a resident director, teacher, as well. I have served as an academic advisor, tutor, and mentor, and can help your children to be well organized and studious. I cook. I will run your errands for you such as family events, practice, school, and more! Very willing to participate in anything you need me to, arts and crafts, traveling, etc! I am honest, hardworking, caring, and am willing to be apart of the family for as long as you’d need me. PT/FT. Would hope you would consider providing live-in accommodations!
