Marie, jeune fille au pair : Londres

Dear Family,

My name is Marie, I'm 22, I was born in Normandy but I decided since my age of 15 to not stay in the same place and discover France and our magical World. I'm a native French speaker.

I graduated a Bachelor's Degree in Luxury Management and Marketing from a business school in Bordeaux. After my time au pair, I will study business law, finance and tax.

I used to work in international hospitality in Paris and French Polynesia. In both situations, with very international customers and work mates which I mainly talked in English but I am not fluent at all! I always loved to learn basics knowledges in various foreign languages as Japanese, Russian and Portuguese to give specials attentions... my goal is to be multilingual. I speak a little in Spanish, I'm working on it to regain my level and some notions in Chinese Mandarin.

First of all, I am very joyful person, we can hear about me that I have a big sense of humor, that I am talkative and a shoulder to lean on, who would listen you, offer love and friendship.

I am passionate about scuba diving, I passed my level 1 in Ranguiroa, Tuamotus (for connoisseurs) when I lived in Bora Bora. I have some spectacular anecdotes to talk about it...
Even if its cliché, I am a French woman passionate about gastronomy, especially Italian food. 
I love sports (Fitness, ski, dance, yoga...), music (I love Brazilians songs) and I love piano (I played for 7 years at the Conservatory), paint... I could give a very long list of my hobbies and what I love, but the truth is I am passionate in everything I do and I love to discover new things. 

I am the second of three children and have a half-sister from my dad. My brother, the oldest is almost 26, Vincent is a young fireman, and my sister Sarah, is 14. I am very close to her, I take care of her since she was born and we have a communicate laugh. They are my boy and blond version. My half-sister Louise is 6, I also used to care of her between 1 and 4 years old. My love for my mother is unconditional, they all live in Normandy, so I miss them very much. When I came back home, I enjoy as much than I can every single time with my family and friends. And eat a lot of cheese of course!

I think travel is a chance that every person would embrace if the opportunity shows up to feel the World beauty (nature, culture, persons, diversity...) this opened even more my mind and I am grateful to have met so much beauty, differences and kindness. This is just huge when you realize all the darkness in the world. 

I used to take care of children since a long time as a big sister, cousin, for friends, part-jobs and I love it! Children are so inspiring about their own capacities. I think I miss this period so bad too.

Become an au pair would be an incredible and enriching experience that I never take the opportunity to do and this is the perfect time for me. 

I am a responsible and trusted person. I am very dynamic, mature and pedagogue. If I could improve or even discover another language and do the same for your children, that will be fantastic. 
I will raise up children alongside you in a good way, with love, respect and fun.

I have my driver’s license for two years. I have a very prudent attitude and used to long-distance journeys, drive in big city.
I can bring children to the swimming pool, to the ice rink or to their various activities or their meeting. The children and my-self can also discover together museums or importing places. Finally, I think to be responsible and I would do my utmost to ensure that nothing goes wrong with your children. First of all, I will be in balance with your education.

Finally, my affection for children pushes me to become au pair. I promise to do my best to ensure that everything goes well. I hope to contribute to their personal development like an older sister! 

To help with domestic chores and make dinner sometimes is not a problem for me. I am perfectionist and driven so be sure tasks will be rigorously done.
I usually take care of dogs, cats (I've got two, Tira and Lili) so I can take care of your pets if you have ones.

About the length of stay, I am available from the beginning of May until the end of September.
