Rosana, garde d’enfant à Manchester

Hello, my name is Rosana and I am 27 years old.

I am a person committed to the education of children, with 9 years experience working as a music school and kindergarten teacher in Argentina -where I come from-, with small and big groups (up to 30 students).

I also worked in France as a nanny for 5 children the last year. Some of my daily tasks were: planning musical and / or manual activities, reading stories with them, playing with them, teaching and reinforcing healthy rules and habits previously agreed with parents, preparing healthy meals and organising the house. I am always trying to perfect my practice, to collaborate in the personal development of children under my care by boosting their creativity.

The children learn continuously in all their activities, especially during games, so I make sure that this happens through playful-didactic activities adapted to each child. Music is my main tool to establish an emotional bond with children and to promote a context of learning, socialisation and support.

I speak three languages: Spanish, my mother tongue, French which I learned during my year living in France, and English, which I studied during my childhood and which I will continue learning here in Manchester.
