Dear Family,
My name is Lara Sena Vélez, I come from Madrid, Spain. Love brought me to France, I am enjoying life in this wonderful country.
I graduated in Pedagogy. I am also certified as Leisure Educator Instructor and I have completed several other courses related with education.
I describe myself as an open minded, dynamic and friendly person. Always eager to learn.
I love outdoor sport, riding my bike, rollerblading, running. I also love to go to the countryside, hiking, climbing mountain. I like listening music, crafts and reading. I really like to cook. I am vegetarian and that makes me more creative with the food.
I should mention my other experience living abroad. I studied a semester at Uppsala University, Sweden. I did a European Volunteer Service (EVS), in Várpalota, Hungary. In 2016 I flew to Chiapas in Mexico, where I spent 6 months as an Human Right Observer. Two years laterI took a plane to Huamachuco, Peru, where I volunteered as educator in Proyecto Amigo (Local NGO). Later I lived for a few years in Berlin where I worked in a Montessori nursery school. Beside the work at the school, I was also taking care of two children.
My new adventure is to live and establish myself in Montpellier. I am excited by the challenge of learning a new language, culture and lifestyle. I would like to work doing a babysitting because it is a great opportunitiy to mix all my dreams in Montpellier, share cultures, take care of children, teach them Spanish, playing and living amazing experiences with them. As an Educator I have a extensive experience with kids between 1 and 15 years old. I have worked with kids in different environments such as summer camps, private lessons, babysitting, kinder garden teacher.
This is me, a normal, person who loves tackling challenges, learn the cultures of the world and share experiences. I am very motivated to work with kids, keep growing professionally sharing my time with the little ones and looking for ways to make their days special.
