Carlos, garde périscolaire à Saint-julien-en-genevois

Bonjour! Hello! Hola!

I'm Carlos - from Canary Island, Spain - and I have been living in Saint Julien en Genevois for 5 years and a half now. My native language is Spanish and I can speak English and French as well! But one thing that I learnt from all the kids that I have had around me is that you don't need to speak the same language to communicate well with them. The laugh is the best and common language and you only need to play with them and give tons of love.

After a year being au pair in Holland and having a wonderful experience taking care of two boys I came to France - Switzerland to learn french and finish my studies in law. I’m now interested to continue my studies in humanitarian law and children’s rights. I was very lucky as I found an amazing host family and together with my girlfriend we are being an au 'pair-couple' and taking care of three kids. The boys are now 9 and 12 years old (4 and 7 years old when I started to take care of them) and the little princess is already 5 years old (she was 3 months old when I started watching her. Time flies!) The three kids are full of energy, curious and love cuddles so they keep me busy for hours and make my life happier.

As we are two at home I have days / weeks with a lot of free time and I would love to help you out with your kids. I have a lot of experience as I'm also babysitting for different families in the area. I can provide excellent references of course or get you in contact with my host family so you can ask everything you need. I know how important is to leave your kids in good hands!
