I am a trustworthy and qualified child carer with lots of experience working with all ages as a nanny, nursery nurse and learning support assistant. I have a great understanding of the early years development stages and safeguarding. I use my initiative to create fun and interesting learning activities including sensory, role play and messy play for the younger children. Communication is key, along with understanding the family's needs and working as a team.
