Hello my name is tanya, I have three children of my own from the ages of sixteen, eleven and three, I have a Level three diploma in childcare and management and my own disclosure. I have worked in child care settings for 15 years from pre schools to nursery and a childminders assistant. I enjoy playing with children as this is how our children learn, and love watching them achieve their goals and will always let the child lead in any activitys they wish to do, from cooking to painting, inside play, to parks and play centres.
