Helene, garde d’enfant à domicile - EH9 Edinburgh

Hello, I'm a native from France (Nantes) who is 43 years old and has a 4-year old toddler (a son). I'm a former university and senior school teacher of mostly French language and literature and, to a lesser extent, German, and I used to tutor younger children while I lived in Austria a few years ago. I would love to find a full-time job which enables me to be with my son 2 days a week. But I'm also open to working part-time of course. I lived in France, the US, Quebec, Germany and Austria prior to coming to the UK. When looking after children, my priority is to be compassionate. I'm also a Reiki practitioner, which can help in creating a relaxed and peaceful environment for young children. I love being outdoors and non-human animals, as well as reading stories, dancing and singing. And it makes me extremely happy to see little faces brighten up and laugh:)
