I am a young African Canadian woman, currently enrolled at NSCC in the first year of the Child and Youth Care Program. I am able to develop a quick rapport with children and have a very good work ethic. Once I commit to something, I do it with excellence. I am interested in working with what I have learned in CYC Practice, as well as the experience I gained in facilitating a March Break Camp for children 6 -12 years old at the NSCC campus in Truro. I would relish the opportunity to work as a babysitter. I get along well with children, as I have younger brothers and a sister. As well, I have young cousins who are very fond of me. I am a nonsmoker and willing to do light housework.
