Hi! I have recently moved back to Norwich where I grew up, from Scotland. I have no qualifications in childcare but I have babysat for neighbours and have looked after and au paired for my younger cousins. I know BSL (Level 3, working towards Level 6) and could communicate with/teach a deaf or hard of hearing child. Childcare is an area I would like to pursue as I do enjoy working with children and would like to help them in anyway I can. I would also like to be of help to the parents and can do any chores required. Besides the cousins I have au paired for, I also have another four younger cousins whom I have spent much time with over the years and I'll happily play whatever games they wish to play, and I have a car so I can take them places or collect them from school, however I can help. I would really appreciate this opportunity to start my work in childcare and would love to hear from anyone with kids of any age range and abilities.
