Hi,

My name is Lola and I am a 27 year old native English speaker and teacher from Australia. I have recently moved to Madrid and am available to provide nannying, babysitting and English tutoring services.

- 10 years sole charge nanny experience with infants and children aged from 6 weeks old to 15 years old (specialising in the 0-4 age group)
-police check, WWCC, wonderful references
-12 years babysitting experience
- Certificate 3 in Childcare Studies
- Infant CPR training/First Aid
- Cert II, III, IV and Diploma of Auslan (Sign Language to communicate with Deaf people/ Lengua de senas)
- children/baby sign language teacher of over four years (great for babies to communicate before they learn to speak!)
-studied Nutritional Medicine
-now studying Speech Pathology at university (ie Logopeda/Patólogo de habla y lenguaje ó terapeuta de habla y lenguaje)
-experience with a variety of special needs, twins, multiples, nanny share etc
-experience with weaning, baby led weaning, settling, toilet training, tantrums, fussy eaters, school readiness, both Montessori and Steiner philosophy based child care
-energetic, patient, playful, calm, creative and able to stick to routines and set boundaries where needed

- as a nanny I love establishing a strong bond with the child, making them feel secure with all of their physical and emotional needs being met so they can explore the world around them with confidence. I aim to foster their self esteem, independence and creativity and my goal to to fill every day with lots of love, laughter and learning! I believe in positive reinforcement and role modelling, boundaries and constructive consequences when needed, reassurance and age appropriate play based learning.
