I am really really interested in this vacancy, I am a Spanish woman and I am 27.

To be honest I think I am the perfect person to look after your daughter because I am Psychologist and at the University I studied the children's develop and I have knowledge about what is the best way to children to learn in order with their old.
If you are interested I could teach your daughter a bit introduction in the Spanish and Catalan language.
I really need to tell you that my family have a private nursery in Spain since 1981 in which of course I have been working while I was studying my degree.
I love children, I suppose is difficult to a mother to chose an unknown person to take care about their child, but I ask you, please just meet me, and then choose.
