Having worked in childcare for the past 4 years I am a confident, knowledgeable worker, dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, safe atmosphere for children’s needs. During my four years’ experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting young children, and am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care experiences. I have an excellent record of working successfully with families in different settings. I take pride in being able to handle difficult situations sympathetically but with professionalism.

I am highly focused and conscientious with over seven years of experience in the care sector. Self-motivated and driven to provide the best possible support for adults and children. I have experience of tailoring and creating health plans based on the individual and implementing high standards of care no matter how challenging the circumstances. I am able to adapt to a broad range of situations that can arise and am comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Having studied to become a qualified midwife in 2013, I have gained many valuable and transferrable skills that I have taken into the childcare industry. Since leaving University I have worked as a nanny for two families with children of a variety of ages. I have learnt a great deal as well as teaching the children I work with and helping to develop them throughout their life. The experience I have gained is invaluable and is growing daily along with the children.
