My name is Beth. I am 18 years old. I am very interested in beginning a career with children, the first step being a baby sitter. I would like to find full-time work throughout the week (mon-fri), I will also consider baby sitting over weekends. Although I haven't had any specific experience with baby sitting, I did study child development at GCSE and health & social care at a-level. I believe both subjects have given me relevant knowledge about the care of children of a variety of ages. I have worked part-time for over a year at a family attraction farm, my communication skills are strong. I am friendly, confident, trustworthy and I like a challenge. I can be creative, fun, helpful and I am always doing things to the best of my ability. Something I believe is relevant to mention is that I have a mentally handicapped uncle who I have cared for several times. I can also provide good references of previous employment. I am currently learning how to drive, therefore can only work at walking distance or where a bus is available.
