My name is Lauren, I am 25 years old. I have been working with children since I finished secondary school, which is 7 years experience in total. I have a genuine love for children and thoroughly enjoy enriching young lives. I am passionate, caring, patient and very dedicated to everything I work with.

I am currently looking for permanent work looking after children from their home. I plan to study further by doing a Post Grad Diploma in Education to become a teacher, so I am saving up to be able to afford that :)

I have a certificate in developmental psychology as well as my BA and honours degrees in psychological counselling with a focus on children. I plan to complete my masters at a later stage to become a child counsellor to assist children with traumatic events.

I would ideally like to spend time with a child/ren to have fun, provide the opportunity for mental stimulation and learning and to provide love and support.
